Non-Returnable Items
Premium & Pro-Assembly Packages: Once assembly of your modular unit has begun, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction throughout the process. If you encounter any issues during the design, delivery or installation phases, our team will work closely with you to address concerns and make necessary adjustments. Damages and Issues for DIY Kit
Please inspect your DIY Kit upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or missing. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work diligently to resolve any problems you may encounter with your DIY Kit.
Customer Responsibility for Offloading Materials
Customers are responsible for offloading the materials of the DIY Kit themselves upon delivery. Buildlite is not responsible for any damages that occur during this offloading process. However, we will work with you to find replacement materials or provide repair assistance if needed.
