This inspired us to tackle three crucial challenges: effortless assembly in remote locations, uncompromised product integrity, and unbeatable affordability.

The challenge

Making modular homes accessible to everyone

Traditional ADUs often demand heavy machinery, restricting their accessibility. We sought a solution that could be assembled anywhere, no matter the location.

Our structures needed to be durable and affordable, with superior insulation to withstand harsh Canadian climates, while cutting heating and cooling costs.

The research

Our approach

Our journey began by harnessing Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) technology and helical screw pile foundations.

IMPs offer superior insulation and structural strength, while our optional helical screw pile foundations minimize the need for extensive land preparation that traditional foundations require.

This approach would enable us to deploy our structures rapidly and assemble them on sites that are typically challenging to access.
